Our in-house professional maintenance team addresses most routine issues directly. We take a proactive approach by reviewing each property when management begins, identifying needed repairs, and checking maintenance and presentation before guest arrivals. For HVAC, extensive plumbing, or specialized work, we coordinate trusted vendors based on service, reliability, and value.

Professional housekeepers prepare the property after each stay, and GulfSands staff perform a separate quality assurance and quality control review before check-in. We look at cleanliness, presentation, maintenance concerns, and the small details that can affect the guest experience.
