Inside, you'll find a Primary bedroom with a King-sized Tempurpedic bed, perfect for a restful night's sleep after a day of beach adventures. The guest bedroom also features a King size bed.

Guests have access to an outdoor saltwater pool and 2 community BBQ grills.  Amazing location near dining, shopping, and entertainment!  Walkable to many spots like The Gulf and San Roc Cay.
 
 
PARKING
Parking passes are required at this complex.  One (1) parking space for unit 22, must display permit in dash for that unit; an additional vehicle may park in any of the first come, first serve guest spaces - they are not attached to any units.
 
AGE REQUIREMENTS
Please note that our minimum age requirement for booking is 25 years or older. Rental Agreement + Photo ID required.
