Guests planning to bring a boat must let Gulfsands Rentals know when reserving. Boat registration and proof of insurance are required before using the marina or bringing a boat onto the property.

Inside, the main living area is bright and comfortable with plenty of natural light and access to the balcony. The living room includes comfortable seating and a 55-inch Smart TV.

The bonus room is located at the top of the stairs between Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2. It does not have a closet, but a dresser is provided for storage.

Parking is located underneath the building. Unit 66 has two side-by-side designated parking areas. Guests may park two vehicles bumper-to-bumper on one side and back the boat trailer into the other designated space. If you plan to bring a boat, please notify us when booking so the required documentation can be completed before arrival.
