This unit is new to the rental market. Tastefully decorated, comfortable, with a wonderful view of Wolf Bay from your private balcony. Fully equipped renovated kitchen with all the essentials for cooking meals at home with 12-cup drip coffee maker, appliances, & air fryer.
This 2 Bedroom / 2 Bath condo is a boat friendly, gorgeous spot on Wolf Bay. Boats are allowed, trailers too! Unit 23 has DEEDED trailer parking. There is a wharf and boat launch! Docking facility on site (first come, first serve basis), so this is a boaters paradise! The boat launch and a few boat slips are available (FCFS). The ones on the first finger to the right. No lifts are there.

Located in the heart of Orange Beach, directly off Canal Road. Gated community access. Close to loads of restaurants, shopping and a short drive to the public beaches!
Free HiSpeed Wifi and two Smart TVs for watching NETFLIX, Amazon Prime, HULU, etc on your personal account! Two TVs in the unit with 50 inch TV in living room & 32" in the primary bedroom. Streaming only at this property, no cable TV.
E-thermostat allows cooling to 70 deg. System disable w balcony door open > 5min.

No sleeper sofa
Boats & trailers are allowed - no guarantee of boat mooring. Please mention if you'll be bringing a boat to receive important information & requirements. Boat registration & insurance required. Renter/occupant must be at least 25 years old, no smoking, no pets.
Monthly stays are from the 1st of the month to the 1st of the next month (Nov 1-March 1). We do not prorate our rates.

Great place to stay, especially if you have a boat. The host was really helpful and communicates quickly. The people that live in this community were really nice and super helpful.

Very nice, perfect spot and convenient to all the good restaurants. Having access to the boat launch and slip with parking was great amenities!!
Gulfsands was very quick to address with one little issue with the lock and had it working in less than an hour.
Condo was very clean and comfortable. Love the fact of the full size bunk beds.

One of the best condos we have stayed in at Orange Beach! Kitchen was fully stocked with good quality cookware! Lots of great restaurants nearby but still away from the busy beach front area. Definitely would stay there again! Neighbors that lived there were also very nice and welcoming! Enjoyed our month long stay! Felt like home! - (Feb 2026 - AirBnB-no)
