We stayed for a week and loved the place. Cleanliness could have been a bit better (dusty behind the doors/under furniture). We were missing some pillows for the extra beds and he had some delivered that afternoon. The closet with pool/beach stuff was nice but would recommend bringing an air pump if you want to use anything. We loved the Sugar Shack downstairs. Having 3 pools was nice because none of them were ever full. We plan to return! - (Aug 2025)

Condo was as listed. The washer in dryer in unit was a life saver. The view is not that great from the condo. Otherwise it was a nice condo to stay in for a week. Great location! It was close to everything. The beach was beautiful. I would stay in this condo again. - (Jul 2025)

It was amazing !!! We loved it so much, we are already planning our next trip!!! 4 pools, private entrance on the beach, had food right downstairs (fresh cooked hamburgers and alcohol for adults) security guard on duty at all times !! It was perfect - (Jul 2025)

Family vacation

The condo was clean and had some nice renovations. We liked that the kitchen was not junked up with leftover items from other renters. The plates and glasses were clean. The coffee maker and toaster were clean..the bathrooms were clean and roomy. We used the sleeper sofa, mattress was in good shape. The main bedroom was great, very bright in the am. The second bedroom stayed dark, so the young adult kids liked that, but it was hard to use the trundle bed because the queen bed took up so much space. . Great place for a great price

Condo is as pictured. Cleanliness could be a little better. We were told there weren't any beach accessories, but upon arrival there were a few items in the outdoor closet (umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards, etc) - which was a plus. We enjoyed the drinks from the snack shack on the ground level as well.

Gulfsands gave clear to directions and with no contact check in everything went smooth! It was nice to be on the beach and the 3 pools are great! The snack shack is an awesome addition. There's carts and an elevator to make bringing things to your room a breeze. The condo was clean and had games that my kids enjoyed. It comes with starter amenities (soap, detergent, toilet paper, paper towels). I usually sleep with the AC on 65 but you can't turn the air lower than 70 and with the fans in every room it was still comfortable! I would definitely recommend this place for family vacation - (Apr 2025)
