The balcony provides spectacular views of the beach with living room floor to ceiling glass for crystal clear views. This unit offers the most beautiful views of the sandy white beaches and sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
This gulf front condo has wood look tile throughout the unit (no carpeting) with modern power recliners in the Living Room, each with USB charging ports! Full granite in both kitchen and both baths too.
Master bath has a walk in, tiled shower, with Guest bath with tub and tiled walls. Great condo for a beach getaway!!

Open floor plan. Well-equipped kitchen includes granite counters and quality appliances. Main Living Room TV is equipped with a 50" LED Smart TV with Smart Blu-Ray/DVD player. The twin bedroom includes a Smart TV. Flat screens with DVD in all bedrooms. Balcony access from Living room, Master bedroom, and Queen bedroom.
Complex has 3 pools - outdoor, kiddie pool, and indoor heated pool with hot tub, on-site tennis court and fitness facility.
Parking permits required; 2 Max permitted; $17/vehicle
Shoalwater Condo in Orange Beach, AL hosted by Gulfsands.
Monthly stays are from the 1st of the month to the 1st of the next month. We do not prorate our rates.

Overall Bliss
The property was beautiful and well maintained. It is beautifully decorated. The layout allowed 7 people to stay comfortably. One thing, the cleaning crew should clean under the beds. There was trash and even a T-shirt from a previous visitor. We used the coffee pot stored in the laundry area for coffee instead of the Keurig. The coffee pot had moldy grounds. The extra details don't take a long time but make a huge difference. Overall, we had an amazing time at a beautifully decorated condo with an amazing view of the ocean!! - (Apr 2023 - VRBO)
