Welcome to Castaways 2C!

Recently renovated KITCHEN!! New cabinets, appliances, ALL replaced!  Other recent updates include refreshing artwork, new bedding in the guest room, & decor.  This vacation condo now accommodates up to 8 guests.    

Ideal location, directly on the beach and walking distance to dining and shopping!  Enjoy the many updates throughout including custom crown moulding, granite slab kitchen counter, keurig single cup coffee maker, travertine marble in both bathrooms, flat screen HDTVs - each with Blu ray player - in the living room (47") and in both bedrooms (42"), and with custom crown moulding throughout.  The living room seating was recently replaced and offers a comfortable sofa and recliner to sit back and relax after a day at the beach.  The thermostat allows cooling to a minimum of 70 degrees; heating to 74. Tampering with system is a guest charge.

The spacious master bedroom includes a king-sized bed, TV, and direct access to the balcony.

Enjoy the spectacular views of the private pool, the beach, and the gulf from your very own balcony of this gulf front 2BR/2BA, 2nd floor level condo on scenic East Beach. There are only 36 units in the entire building. Stores, shopping, and restaurants are just minutes away. The popular Hangout restaurant and the Pink Pony Pub are only a short walk up the beach. Condo has FREE Wi-Fi so don't forget your laptop!

Unique gulf front HEATED, SALT WATER pool with fountain is both outside and covered area under the building by seating and tables.  Rest room available poolside also.  Outside lounge seating poolside and covered seating/table areas available too.

2nd Bedroom: Full/Full Bunkbed with twin trundle *newly replaced mattress as of 09/22
Sleepsofa: Queen

Parking pass required; $27 per vehicle(2 Max). Parking can be very tight for large/oversize vehicles in season (June-Aug).  Some overflow parking available across the street.

Monthly stays are from the 1st of the month to the 1st of the next month. We do not prorate our rates.
