• Parking: Required $42 per vehicle (2 max). Parking can be tight for large vehicles in peak season (June-Aug), with overflow options available across the street.
• Monthly Stays: From the 1st of the month to the 1st of the next month. Rates are not prorated.

• Age Requirement: Renter/occupant must be at least 25 years old.
• Smart Thermostat allows cooling to 70 degrees; system shuts off if the balcony door is open more than 5 minutes.
