Spectacular views from all balconies. (If you love high rise views) The condo is spacious, washer / dryer were very handy. Loved the bridge access to the beach & that pool closes at 11pm. Building and parking are all secure, monitored by security. Will definitely be coming back! - (Sep 2024)

Great place!

I stayed here last week with my husband and our three children, our youngest is 11 months. We had plenty of room for the five of us. Great location to the pool/beach, no troubles with elevator time other than check in time on Sunday. Would definitely stay here again! - (Jun 2024)

Enjoyed our second stay in this condo!

This was our second time staying in this condo. It was great. They let us know the sliding door to the balcony was broken and maintenance would be by to fix it but they never came all week. However there were two doors, so we errr able to use the balcony just fine. The pool rules had changed as far as not being able to have food. This was upsetting as it's a long walk to the condo with kids and all the items. The pool security also hassled us multiple times while at the pool to see our bracelet even though she'd already asked and seen it. Other than that, our stay was delightful.

Summer Vacation

This place was great! We were impressed as soon as we walked through the door. It was beautifully decorated and all furniture was in great shape. The kitchen was stocked very well. The beds were amazing. We enjoyed both balconies a lot and the amazing views. The access to the pools and the beach was great. Fall Break

The unit was perfect. It took us a while to find the building to pick up the key. I think the keypad would be a better way of entering rather than having to pick up and return and have to keep track of the key. I would definitely stay here again though. 
 
Gulfsands reply: We want to acknowledge and confirm we have heard all comments regarding the entry method. The good news is the lock will be replaced to keyless; unfortunately, the building-approved locks are on back order. The process has been started but we'll have to wait (potentially many months) until the lock arrives. We'll update when the keyless method has been installed. Perfect Family Getaway

From check in to checkout, it was a breeze! Condo is just as described and pictured. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen fully stocked with all we needed to make meals, and our stay was amazing. We enjoyed having coffee every morning on the balcony, had plenty of room to spread out in in the living room, and took advantage of the beach toys provided by the owners. The owners also thoughtfully provided a "how to" manual for remotes and appliances. Loved having a big screen TV in the LR for those unwind moments we needed after days on the beach with 2 under 3. The only suggestion I have is that either provide more room keys or convert to a keyless entry system. Having to keep up with room keys and make sure someone had them was a minor inconvenience. Would definitely stay here again!

Physical keys annoying

Credit card couldn't be charged through Vrbo. Had to call and pay over the phone. Annoying. Then had to get physical keys which was a pain. Then keeping up with who had keys and who had to get into the condo during our stay was nuisance. Wish there was a key pad on the door like every other door on our floor. Condo itself was clean and property was well kept as usual. Security was very stern about pool and parking passes. Only had 1 parking pass in my check in packet even though the rule sheet on the fridge claims 2 spots per condo. Had to pay $37 for a second one then had to go back to the office to pick up the pass which with all the road work is not an easy task.

We show an itemized breakdown on your agreement and email confirmations to show how many parking permits & wristbands will be with your reservation. Nice condo

This is a really nice condo with a beautiful view. Kitchen is fully stocked. It is a convenient location as well. We had a few cleanliness and maintenance issues, nothing major. I would recommend staying in this condo but I would not recommend going thru Gulf Sands property management. - (May 2020 - VRBO)

Spectacular views! Excellent location!

Other than a minor hiccup with the maid service (which was corrected expeditiously and without hesitation) on our first day, this property was everything that was advertised and more! Check-in was easy, with friendly and helpful staff to assist with any questions I had. The unit was spotless, but missing a few essential items such as trash bags and paper towels (as mentioned above, was corrected within an hour of notifying the property management team). The unit was spacious and perfect for two couples or a family with children as it is a split concept configuration. All appliances, furniture and the unit overall was in exceptional condition. While the weather didn't cooperate with us as much as we would have liked, we made the best of the sunny days that we did have with the easily accessible beach (via the enclosed walkway...very cool) and watch the dolphins feed and play from the balcony when we had enough sun. Overall, I could not have asked for a better place to take my family, especially at this price point. We will definitely be back! - (Apr 2020 - VRBO)

Beautifully decorated with amazing views

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Crystal Tower 1109. The condo was beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed including ample pantry space, a large laundry room and a fully stocked kitchen. The condo felt clean and well maintained. The corner unit and large windows allowed for amazing views on both sides and the balconies were furnished with plenty of lounge chairs. Crystal Tower offered great amenities and we really enjoyed the easy access to the beach.
