Birthday trip

The location was perfect! Sunrise and sunset on the patio with beautiful views. Watched the dolphins from our patio. Property was well maintained and security was excellent. - (Aug 2023 - VRBO)

Unit Review

We love staying at Seaside this wasn't our first time. The resort itself is great. The unit that we stayed was in very poor condition, needs lots of updating to justify the price that we paid. It also has a mildew/molded smell. I left with bleeding sinuses from this. I hope that they look into what is causing the smell. - (Jul 2023 - VRBO)

Orange Beach Condo

This property is frayed around the edges. I had to contact the property manager to unclog drains, fix the ice maker, spray for bugs, and fix the lock on the patio door. The couch is "sat out" and furniture and fixtures need updating. The kitchen was well stocked. The outside chairs and table were low plastic quality and the beach chairs were rusted and broken.

Great beach access

We enjoyed our stay here! We brought our daughter and her 2 friends and being right on the beach made it so much easier! We loved just being able to walk right out to the sand and being right next to the pool. The pool closes at 10 pm so we didn't have to worry about late night parties at the pool. The condo is sort of outdated but that didn't bother us at all. The shower head in the master bathroom needs to be replaced but that's really the only complaint I have. Thank you for having beach umbrellas and boogie boards for us to use! I'd recommend this place! - (Jul 2020 - VRBO)

Orange Beach vaca 2019

Really enjoyed our stay at this condo and community. It was a last minute vacation with our 2 adult sons and this really turned out to be a great find. The location is in the heart of everything, with grocery stores, restaurants and entertainment just minutes away. The rooms were clean and everything worked well in the kitchen, living room, bedrooms and bathrooms. There were plenty of towels, blankets and pillows too. We were on the first floor with one of the pools just steps away from the patio and the beach just beyond that with a fantastic view looking out from the condo. We were on the beach every day and it was so nice to have a short walk from the condo carrying our needed supplies, but it was so advantageous to be so close that we could go back to the room for anything we needed or bathroom breaks. We didn't even notice much noise from our neighbors during our stay. The amenities were quite adequate for making meals as we ate in on several nights and used the grills on the property, but also sampled a few restaurants in the area on other nights. The only things that would be helpful to have in the cooking department would be grilling utensils. Overall we really enjoyed our time here and would recommend it to anyone going to Orange Beach. - (Jul 2019 - VRBO)
