Nice place to stay

Property pictures were exactly what the property looked like. Within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Easy access to the beach and the pool was nice when we didn't want to go to the beach. We would stay there again. - (Aug 2024)

A great location for beach access and quiet, but close to several restaurants and shops.

Ocean Reef 601 was easy to find and the parking spot and view directly overlooks the access to the beach. The beach access is literally a 1 minute walk from the condo's door! Pool and laundry access right outside the door. Location is just 2 blocks from the main drag which kept it quiet from rowdy tourists, but close enough to walk to several restaurants/shops. Absolutely Perfect Location

Wasn't sure how close this would be to the beach or what my exact view of the beach would be vs. pool and it's difficult to know the accuracy of a description...they are so subjective. But the condo complex is very small so everything is very close. We could see the beach with little obstruction from balony and the sand was literally 100 ft from the staircase. The pool was right outside our door which allowed for the kids 11-17 to walk back and. Forth from both with low supervision (which made our adult time equally as good). Super close to many souvenir stores, many restaurants and the Hangout. "The spot" (new) was also great. Condo was clean and cozy for the 6 of us. Absolutely only complaint was that the people upstairs can be loud above especially early morning...but it got us to the beach earlier to stake our spot. ?? Highly recommend! - (Jul 2020 - VRBO)

Steps from the sand. Nice pool, responsive manager. Would suggest management consider adding the following missing unexpected items: blow dryer (had to purchase one), non see through curtains in the kids' room, a blender (this was a real disappointment), colander, and a slotted spoon. Great value for beach front property!

The best thing about this property is it's location! We walked to several restaurants and stores. It's literally steps from the beach!! The condo is nice and had everything we needed. Only complaints are a few of the dishes were dirty and the coffee pot hadn't been cleaned. We could also hear a lot of noise from the condo above ours the first night but the next two nights were much quieter. Over all we were happy with our stay!!! - (May 2020 - VRBO)
