Weekend reunion

Property was beautiful inside and out, and a perfect place for our reunion Only complaint was the cleaners did put full rolls of TP or paper towels in unit. Not good when you have a group of women Would definitely book again

This condo was perfect for our stay. We were traveling with our large family and this was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was extremely well stocked to cook and serve meals in house. There were enough starting essentials to get us going. We had to purchase things like detergent, soaps, trash bags, etc; but that was clearly stated and understood on the front end, so we came fully prepared. You simply cannot beat that deck, view and easy beach access. We will definitely be checking to see if this condo is available for any future Orange Beach trips! - (Aug 2024)

Beautiful condo

Shoalwater 1106 Orange Beach

Condo was awesome exactly as described location also awesome and view from patio was even better. One of the cleanest places we have rented. Only con to place is they supply very little in necessities unlike most places we rent so we had to go out and buy thins like paper towels tp trash bags shampoo soap storage bags and things like that but would do it again for such a nice condo. We also bought chairs and umbrella from Walmart and just left them with other people as it was much cheaper then renting from venders on the beach. Would definitely rent again thank you - (May 2024)

We've rented a condo from GulfSands in Orange Beach, Alabama, for several years, and I'm thrilled to share that this year was the best yet! Beautiful panoramic view

Roomy, newly renovated and beautifully decorated, this condo had plenty of room for our group of 7. The kitchen had everything we needed. Three nice bathrooms (Space out timing of showers so you have enough hot water.) The view was fantastic and the large balcony had plenty of seating and a nice table. The indoor pool was small; it would be great if the larger pool outdoors was heated. The condo was clean and comfy and close to grocery stores. We had a great family vacation. - (Mar 2024 - VRBO)

great location on the beach. unit could have been cleaned a little better - there was a moldy baby bottle under couch - and no one cleaned out the coffee pot from last stay - still had filters of coffee in it. floor was sandy. Had to go out and buy trash bags, one a day should be provided for a unit that big, plus 2 rolls of toliet paper per bathroom would have been nice.. BUT we had a good time. - (Jun 2023 - VRBO)

Great 3 bedroom / 3 bath with huge balcony!

We loved having the 3rd bath and the 2 queen beds in one room allowed us to take a few friends of our kids. Right on the beach & the extra table on the balcony was great for a big group. Our only negative was the scavenger hunt to get the door code in heavy traffic during check-in. Text or emailing the code would'be saved stress & 45 min. - (Aug 2020 - VRBO)
