The place was great! Perfect location! The only thing I would suggest is having the capability to turning the A/C down 3 or 4 degrees from 70 during the night hours.

We had a great stay! The condo was clean, the view was absolutely beautiful, and the location was perfect-close to everything we needed. It was a peaceful and relaxing spot for our vacation. A small heads-up for future guests: we only found one trash bag, one laundry pod, and one dishwasher pod, so packing a few extras might be helpful. Other than that, everything was lovely and we really appreciated our time here. Would definitely stay again! - (Jul 2025)

This condo is great! We loved the wrap around balcony and that we had an outside eating area. The kitchen is also well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. So convenient to walk right out on beach as well. Would love to stay here on future trips! - (May 2025)

We will definitely be back and look into booking this again. Great location right on the beach with a great view of the ocean. The location is right in the middle of tons of things to do if you need a break from the beach and ocean. Lots of great places to eat or fix your own meal in the fully equipped kitchen then kick back on the balcony and enjoy the sounds of the waves and the view! - (Mar 2025)

Weekend reunion

Property was beautiful inside and out, and a perfect place for our reunion Only complaint was the cleaners did put full rolls of TP or paper towels in unit. Not good when you have a group of women Would definitely book again

This condo was perfect for our stay. We were traveling with our large family and this was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was extremely well stocked to cook and serve meals in house. There were enough starting essentials to get us going. We had to purchase things like detergent, soaps, trash bags, etc; but that was clearly stated and understood on the front end, so we came fully prepared. You simply cannot beat that deck, view and easy beach access. We will definitely be checking to see if this condo is available for any future Orange Beach trips! - (Aug 2024)

Beautiful condo

My family and I stayed at this condo for Memorial Day weekend. It is newly renovated, has top notch decor, appliances and most of all - great location!!! It has an unobstructed view of the beach! Would love to stay here again! Sheila - (May 2024 - VRBO)

Shoalwater 1106 Orange Beach

Condo was awesome exactly as described location also awesome and view from patio was even better. One of the cleanest places we have rented. Only con to place is they supply very little in necessities unlike most places we rent so we had to go out and buy thins like paper towels tp trash bags shampoo soap storage bags and things like that but would do it again for such a nice condo. We also bought chairs and umbrella from Walmart and just left them with other people as it was much cheaper then renting from venders on the beach. Would definitely rent again thank you - (May 2024)
