Construction Update: Repair work is ongoing at the south end of complex through August/Sept. You may notice some noise (8am-5pm weekdays), scaffolding, and equipment on-site. Little to no disruption at this condo. Beach access remains open, and the pool is available. The most disruptive portions of the project have already been completed, and rates are discounted through October. Please feel free to call or email us for the latest updates before booking.

Fresh paint & new living room furniture throughout!
This two bedroom, one bath unit sleeps six with sleeper sofa in living room. Condo has many decor updates! New 50" HD SMART TV (May 2022) with DVD in living room. NETFLIX, HULU, Amazon Prime, etc available with your own account! Very close to the beach..only 2 doors down from the beach front!
Flat screen TVs wall mounted in each bedroom, with front bedroom with 40" SMART flat screen!
The bedrooms include new upgraded mattresses for ultimate comfort and relaxation. USB charging outlets in kitchen!
The kitchen is well-equipped with quality appliances and stocked with all essentials. You will have a Keurig single-cup and Mr. Coffee 12-cup coffee maker available. Older Playstation system available,but will need your own controllers! No working controllers available.

Condo is close to town, only 2.0 miles west of Hwy 59, directly on the beach.
Parking for two cars directly under this first floor condo. No private balcony, but large breezeway for seating, just steps from the white sand beach!
Convenience store Waves Beach mart, The Beach House Kitchen, Island Ice Cream, and S & S Seafood Market conveniently located across the street, everything you need is within reach
Common/public deck areas for viewing. Grilling area also (no grills provided). Non-Smoking Unit. Oversize vehicles will not fit in the parking spot. No trailers, high top vans, boats, etc are allowed on the premises. Vans with roof racks or taller vehicles with roof racks will need to have racks removed to fit in parking spaces.
**New non smoking rules:
There will be a designated smoking area on the north side of the dumpster enclosure (NOT inside the enclosure). We are working to make this area appealing to the eye and sheltered to provide as dry as possible for guests who are smokers, it will also have a butt dispenser. We are hoping that this will be inviting to our guests who are smokers and will create a comfortable area to do so without disrupting our other guests.
All common elements are NON-SMOKING, this is outlined as the following: all land that is owned by Sunrise Village, walkways (decks, terraces, however you describe it in your booking), stairs and stairwells, parking area, driveway, and private balconies.
In the instance that someone is smoking outside the designated smoking area we have produced a 3-strike policy:
1st offence - warning, and letting the guest know where the designated smoking area is as well as letting the guest know that if a 2nd offence occurs, there will be a fine.
2nd offence - $50 fine to the guest
3rd offence - eviction with no refund

Beach Life
We enjoyed the location of this property. It was a short walk to the beach. The beach was very clean and we had a lot of fun playing in the beautiful waters. The room itself was smaller than expected but was equipped with everything we needed. It would have been nice to have a broom and dust pan to sweep up the sand. Only a vacuum was provided. The stove and dishwasher were dated but worked okay. The beds were not very comfortable however so we didn't sleep very well. Overall, it was a good stay. Favorite: Beach was very accessible!
We enjoyed our stay, overall, great property! The rooms were very clean and the furniture was comfy! We loved being able to walk down only 1 flight of stairs and not fight the elevators of a typical condo to get to the beach. Our only complaint and hopefully is improved for future guests: was that the maintenance guy was using an air blower to clean sand out of the parking spots, however, it blasted our Lexus with tons of sand on the paint. I wasn't a fan of that, at all. He also wasn't very patient for us to get into our cars as we left to go eat dinner. Overall, it was perfect for our little family of 3!! - (Jun 2024 - VRBO)

Perfect location
Honestly could not have asked for a better location. Close enough to restaurants and shops without the busyness and noise. Check in process was east although offsite. However for us it was "on the way" so not really inconvenient. Beach was literally steps from our door. There were a few issues with cleanliness however gulf sands addressed when notified and have assured that they have hired a different cleaning company. . Just right for our family!
The stay here in 103 was amazing. This property was just what we were hoping for. So convenient to be steps away from the beach. Literally steps, no waiting for elevators like in the high rises. Also theres a store ice cream parlor and restaurant directly across the street. We were a party of 3 adults and 3 chikdren and this place was our oerfect match. I would only try to change up the check-in method of having to go to the office first to pick up the key then come to the room. Other than that everything else was perfect! - (Jun 2020 - VRBO)
