Harbor House B6 - Gulf Front - Walk to Town

Great location

The condo complex is not one of the newer ones but it is well maintained. The location was perfect for us as it is on the beach, even beach view and within walking distance from a few restaurants. We even had a door from the bedroom as well as the main living area to the patio area. The only negative is there is no elevator but we were only on the second floor. Also, I prefer a smaller complex as it keeps the beach being overcrowded. My husband made a point for us to remember this spot as he would like to stay here again. That is saying something as we have been going to these beaches nearly every year of our 23 married lives. So we definitely will be back. - (Jun 2024 - VRBO)

So close to the beach!

We loved our stay at Harbor House 6. It was magically close to the oceanfront! Pier 33 grocery is right across the street which was nice for last minute or forgotten items. The Condo was nice. Bed was super comfy, shower was hot. Unit could use some updates, but we didn't come for that. Thank you Gulf Sands Rentals! - (Apr 2024 - VRBO)

Much better than expected

We were very pleased with our stay at Harbor House B6. Everything was exactly as described in the VRBO listing and the reviews. The beach front view is wonderful. Nice large balcony with table and chairs. Easy and secure access to the beach. The condo is comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. The new king mattress is comfortable as is the new couch. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cookware and utensils. We used the washer/dryer once. There were two packets of laundry soap provided and one packet of dishwasher detergent. One roll of paper towels and TP are also provided. The door key was hard to use but one call brought maintenance within a couple hours to repair it. The dining table needs some attention in cleaning under the glass. We were unable to get the living room TV on but the two in the bedrooms were fine. I was surprised that there is no lighting in the stairways leading up the two flights to the condo. Overall we loved our stay here and would definitely use this property again. - (Apr 2024 - VRBO)

Cozy

WE thoroughly enjoyed staying here! (An elevator would've been nice though!). It was the perfect place for a beach getaway and wish we could've stayed longer! We will be back and will definitely recommend to family and friends for sure! - (Aug 2020 - VRBO)

Family vacation

Loved the property. The room could have been a little better.

The property was nice. Loved being so close to beach and it was not too crowded. The room could have been better. The floors were cracked throughout and it was a little dirty. The living room furniture and beds were outdated and not very sturdy. The outside chair was broken. Overall great stay though. The weather was great and the beach was amazing. - (Sep 2018 - VRBO)

Great Location

My family and I stayed at the Harbor House in Gulf Shores on 4th of July the location was wonderful. We normally stay in a large condo complex but we decided to go smaller and we loved it no waiting on elevators the beach was just footsteps away. It really was a great place and can't wait until Spring Break to go back to the Harbor House!!!! - (Dec 2014)
