Great place for the price!

We enjoyed our stay and thought the unit was great at a budget friendly price. Overall the complex is in need of some updating as it is an older place. Balconies definitely need a facelift. Our unit was very nicely decorated and comfortable. Cleaning staff could be better. Master bath shower liner had a little mold and air return vent looked like it had never been cleaned. Other than that, our unit was quite nice! We had a view of the gulf and overlooked the pool and enjoyed our stay. Great view, bad condo.

The condo was not clean. T.V. in second bedroom did not work. A/C not blowing very cold air, upon inspection found A/C filter, looked like it had not been changed in years. Some of the furniture was broken, sliding glass door did not open all the way and it had no screen. And to top it all off, the "permit" they had hanging in the hall for rental purposes had expired in August of 2019... - (Jun 2020 - VRBO)

Don't over look this one!

This unit is really nice especially for the price. I feel that the pictures online don't do it justice. The building it is in is a bit older but this place is great if you're looking for something a bit cheaper and smaller. GREAT little vacation condo!

This condo is on the 6th floor, but has a beautiful view of the beach. It is very nicely furnished. The condo is within walking distance of several places such as The Hangout, SurfStyle, Souvenir City and several restaurants. Stayed here last year, and again this year. The room was great, the pool was nice, the beach was great. The only complaint I have is that when you get off the elevator to go to your room , or leave your room to get on elevator it was HOT like a sona. Other than that I would give 5 stars. Enjoyed our spring break

Our second stay at this condo and same unit. Condo was as expected. Gulf Sands Rentals are great to work with. Will definitely rent a unit from this condo next yr. Only negative was one of the dryer on level 1 was not drying at all on any cycle. Like the heating element may be out. Otherwise we enjoyed our time away from home/work!!! - (Mar 2016)
