Beach Getaway

Gulf shores

It was very clean and had a great kitchen with everything you need. The living room furniture is very dated and uncomfortable. This room was set to handle 6 people if using the couch that folds out into a bed but it was so uncomfortable all you feel is the springs in your back. The dryer took at least 3 rounds to dry cloths. The patio furniture had a broken arm on one chair and both chairs had a broken board on them. The pool you see in the pictures of the place is a lot smaller than it looks in the picture and many people said that as well. If you are in a pinch and need somewhere to stay then it will do. Beach Trip

Condo was very clean. Front bedroom tv doesn't work. It was be a plus if each condo was listed if its a ocean front, side street, back side of building views. Listing the condo's as ocean front, is misleading. We were that the condo was facing the ocean. But as far as anything else, everything was fine. - (May 2020 - VRBO)

Needs some TLC

Sunchase 111 Condo needs some TLC. When we arrived the first thing we noticed was sticky black fingerprints on all the doors around the doorknobs, both inside and out. The baseboards were covered with a thick layer of dust. The vacuum cleaner was missing its wheels, so was unusable. The living room furniture was very uncomfortable. The beds were pretty comfortable. The tub surround is missing the safety handle, just holes in surround. Both chairs outside have broken boards in the seats. The ice maker did not work. Condo was not properly cleaned and prepped for new guests. - (Mar 2020 - Flipkey)

Nice little condo

Great access to the beach. Sleeper sofa is highly uncomfortable, however, that's to be expected, but bedrooms are nice, I do recommend better pillows or bringing your own to sleep. Over all great property. - (Aug 2019 - VRBO)

Family beach vacation

Good location to the beach and most shopping. Even though they say sleeps six it is really cramped for 4 adults and 2 kids. Kitchen well stocked with everything for cooking. Could use more towels when six people are staying. Overall it was a good place and would stay again. - (Jul 2019 - VRBO)

Perfect for a relaxing beach holiday

The apartment was cleaned and comfortably furnished. The beds were very new and comfortable. Location was perfect, short walk to the beach. Customer service was great. Nice home away from home for a week

Not too bad. The only thing was there were few dishes not fully cleaned and seemed to have had a little sand on the floor when we first got there. The balcony door didn't lock but overall very nice and we would stay there again - (Aug 2016 - Flipkey)

SUNCHASE 111-Fabulous

Perfect low-rise condo. Very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. Balcony faces the street. 2 minute walk to Waves grocery store, Beach House Kitchen and S&S seafood market. Neat and clean, updated decor. Buy some extra toilet paper-condo was only stocked with one roll that we could find. We would definitely stay there again!! - (Jun 2016)

2015 Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit at Sunchase. The only problem was with the ceiling fans. None of the ceiling fans could be run on high because they would shake and rattle loudly.

Clean, Right on the beach

Great location, right on the beach, very clean. My family all had a great time here. Would definitely recommend. Neighbors above us were really loud during early morning (1am-4am) but overall experience was great. - (May 2015)

Cozy

We had wonderful trip. The room we stayed in was perfect for my husband and I. There was plenty of room for at least 3 or 4 more guests. We loved that the beach was a few yards away and easily accessible. Great area and lots of places to eat, entertain, etc. Would definitely stay here again. - (Oct 2014)
