We had a great time at this location! Jim was great to communicate with, the kids loved the pool and hot tub, the hose/water station at the boardwalk is kept clean and nice. The outdoor electric outlet is eroded from the ocean, so save traveling space and leave the fan at home. Otherwise, it was great and the elevators are extremely fast too.

We had a great time. My only complaint is that we got there early and couldn't access the pool because the fobs are in the room and the room wasn't ready until 4. Same with check out, we stayed and laid on the beach but you can't get into the restroom to change or access the pool. Would be much better if there was a code and not a fob. - (May 2025)

Beach is good for the soul!

Great for small family

Clean/Good Location

The condo checkin process was new to us. We went to a different location to get keys and instructions. Went smoothly. Location was good. Safe area. Condo was very clean. Low in extras. Nothing available like salt and pepper, etc. Not a deal breaker. Only issue was figuring out the tv. Loved staying at Seacrest 405! Super easy access to beach and chair service if you want it. Our section of the beach seemed less crowded, which was wonderful! The AC works great!
