We loved our stay here. We were in the penthouse so we had an amazing view of the water and the beach. The place was as described and was clean and nice for our arrival. The fans had been left in and the AC was on when we arrived so it was cool and as someone who is always hot, I loved that! We also really liked that as soon as you got off the elevator you could go one way to the parking lot or the other took you right to the beach {emoji} I had messaged before our trip asking about chairs and umbrellas and Gulfsands was super helpful in making sure we had all that info before we came. There was also a detailed book of places to eat and things to see and do. The book had restaurants labeled such as "family friendly, on the water, sports bar" and with it being our first time to Gulf Shores I appreciated that. The pools and everything was nice and clean as well. We had a great time and would definitely recommend and would stay again!! - (Sep 2025)

Great place

Overall really good! There were a few items: 1) curtain needed in master. The lights are really bright on the building and shine through the window. 2.) toilets both ran. Had to jiggle them to get them to shut off 3.) shower in master. Faucet is weird trying to turn off and on. 4.) no ladder on the bunk. Makes trying to climb into the top bunk almost impossible for younger kids. Had to put them on the couch. 5.) Food left over in the freezer from the previous guest. All minor issues. Easy fixes. Overall it was really good. The decor was nice. View was good. Wasn't even bad being on the 13th floor. - (Oct 2023 - VRBO)

It was just as described!

Everything was great! The only thing I would say to add/change is the bunk beds need a ladder or something to get on the top bunk and the outlet on the under the countertop in kitchen won't hold your charger very well. Other than that everything was great and I would stay again - (Jul 2023 - VRBO)

Gulf shores

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and what an amazing location and experience. I was surprised to see that there was no comforter. Only two sheets with a microfiber blanket wedged in between. The dishes we tried to use were dirty in the cabinets. Other than that a great experience and perfect location.
