Island Shores 450 - Gulf Front - Walk to Town

Great location! Close to everything and very affordable.

This was one of the first condo's we've ever stayed in that didn't give a list a mile long of things to do before you check out! It had plenty of sand and beach toys, dinnerware, linens, towels, etc. The only thing that I would say was a "negative" was that the door to the balcony was extremely hard to open sometimes due to the hardware being severely rusted and the door knob wouldn't turn all the way sometimes. Also the ceiling fan in the middle bedroom was swaying and making a pretty annoying sound the whole trip. Other than that... it was great! - (Jul 2020 - VRBO)

Nice location/ right on beach. Bad furniture

We enjoyed the location of the property and how it was right on the beach. The space was nice but the furniture was very outdated as well as uncomfortable. The mattresses on all beds need to be replaced. - (Jul 2020 - VRBO)

Island Shores 450

The condo was clean and everything worked as it should. It is in a great location you can walk to the pier and The Hangout from this condo. Once again Gulf Sands come through with a great condo!!! Another thing that I liked was the parking lot they had plenty of parking places!! Can't wait to book from Gulf Sands again!!!! - (Jun 2019 - Flipkey)

Just okay

Kitchen was stocked well. Condo was not very clean. Beds still had sand in them when we got there. Living room furniture not very comfortable. Bathrooms not very large. Just appeared condo isn't taken care of. Especially considering I was charged $125.00 by VRBO over the rent I was quoted. I have rented through VRBO for several years and have never been charged a fee. I won't be renting here again and this is our 3rd year in a row. Shrimp festival

Great location beach was awesome. Condo was nice wish deck was little bigger. Pool was closed so that sucked so I would check about this before I booked again

Nothing Special

To start off, the dishes were put up dirty prior to our arrival. We had to wash all dishes prior to using any, because they were filthy. My wife insisted that I notify someone about it, but I was on vacation & had already washed the dirty ones so I saw no need to have to deal with it. The unit was nice and roomy for our family, but it was nothing special. The furnishings were mostly dated and the stove had to be "carefully adjusted" in order to be functional. The view was really the only "Special" perk that this unit had going for it. It just wasn't what we expected from what we had seen of it prior to our arrival. - (Mar 2016)
