Excellent stay!

Almost perfect

The property is great. Check in process is cumbersome. We enjoyed another property where a code was sent via text and we could use that code to open door. That way no extra stops to pick up or drop off keys, and as soon as housekeeping was done, we got the text. No extra time wasted. We e-mailed asking about kitchen pots/pans etc and were told "Standard" pots and pans- but this place was STOCKED OUT. That would be a great selling point. The only additions we would really like to have seen were beach towels provided (6-8 beach towels take up a lot of space when packing the car) and hair dryer. Awesome townhouse right on the beach!

We loved the area right in front of the townhouse that seemed like our own little beach area for the kids to play. As we walked down to the water, there were less people than other areas also, though it is fairly close to more crowded areas. The layout of the townhouse was great for our family (one bedroom on the top floor), with everyone able to have their private area. For the most part it was clean, but not as clean as I would like. The bottom floor is awesome, but the rest of it really needs the floors replaced (currently old carpet). - (May 2020 - VRBO)

Very nice rental

A Week in Paradise! -

We had a wonderful week with our toes in the sand! We love Ocean Reef!!! (Be aware there are LOTS of steps at Ocean Reef, esp. in the front townhouses. My mother had some trouble with steps to the beach, parking lot and bedrooms/bathroom.) - (Oct 2016)

Great Property!

Nice Unit - Great Property. Our Favorite complex in Gulf Shores. Can't beat the Gulf at your front door. Clean and ready when we arrived, Gulfsands was easy to work with. Would definitely recommend this unit to anyone wanting to enjoy time at the beach! - (Aug 2016 - VRBO)
