Wonderful place to stay. The porch swing was amazing!! Only had one issue with an appliance which was resolved by getting a new one. Everything was handled very quickly in getting someone to checkout the problem and then getting it fixed. Would definitely stay here again. - (Jul 2025)

What a wonderful stay! The condo was roomy, very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable week. Linens and towels were spotless and smelled nice. The view from the porch/balcony was so pretty as you could see the beach while eating breakfast or swinging. It was so quiet and peaceful and very relaxing. The location was perfect for us, far enough away from the crowds and touristy part of town and literally a 3 minute walk to the beach with a nice pool just behind the condo. Could not have found a better place to stay, this is a gem! Will definitely be back! - (May 2025)

Great Place!

Over all the whole process of booking and check in was super easy and stress free! The location of the property to the beach was fantastic! It had plenty of space! The only issue was cleanliness, the cabinets were dirty in both bathrooms, master bathroom floor was super dirty and the kitchen cabinets all needed wiped down! Just needed a good deep cleaning and I expected more as far as cleanliness but other wise the place was great - (Aug 2020 - VRBO)

Tons of space

Our family of 5 stayed and had tons of space! Perfect beach access! Full size washer and dryer was so convenient! It is due for a deep clean. We didn't cook much but some of the kitchen accessories could be updated like a sharp knife, a pair of scissors, and a Keurig. We would stay here again. - (Jul 2020 - VRBO)

Amazing family vacation!

Just average

The unit is large and there was plenty of room for our family of 4. The location is nice and there is a beach view, for now. The lot across the street just sold, so that view may not be there for long. The Sea Oats property is old, but well maintained. The pool is nice. The negatives... the unit was dusty and there was food, old shoes, and trash under the beds and furniture. The whole place needs a good cleaning. The property management company was very unimpressive. The led us to believe we could check in early, had us come to the office to do so, but neglected to tell us that we couldn't actually get into the condo until the regular check in time. When we called to question it, they were completely unapologetic. We will never deal with them again. Overall, we still had a great time. Gulf Shores Vacation

We were in Gulf Shares for a baseball tournament. Several families on the team stayed at Sea Oats. Two great pools and 2 minute walk to the beach. We had a team cook out at the pavilion on the bay side. Close to many good restaurants. Had a great time. Would definitely stay here again. - (Jun 2016)
