The condo was fine. I didn't like the carpet in the bedrooms and the rugs in other areas but that was on me. I didn't notice them in the pictures. Rooms seem cleaner with tile or wood floors. There was an odd smell in the master bedroom that was annoying but overall fine.

Nice stay needs new mattresses

Gulfsands Reply: This is a truly a ridiculous review of a 5 star condo. The only notes we have on this guest was a pending cancellation and an early check in request. We sent his check in info at 1:24pm on check in day, approx 2.5 hours early. The reason for this review is the oven had only 1 rack, which is how many racks it's had since install. Internal oven racks are not available other than to order from a parts store. We regret that this information was somehow insulting to the guest. Lovely place to stay

The condo was as described and the pictures were a perfect representation of the rooms and gorgeous ocean views. We didn't have any issues, the condo was very clean, and had all the necessary amenities. My friends/family enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this condo again. I have one suggestion, a keypad at the door would be very beneficial. We had 2 keys but everyone had to be within two groups or couldn't be let back into the room. If a keypad was there, all occupants could have the code without the worry of anyone being without key and/or locked out. - (Jul 2020 - VRBO)

Lovely condo, with an issue

This condo was super nice, and with great furniture. We had an issue with one of the beds and had to wash all the sheets and mattress covers because of a very foul odor, which actually went all the way into the mattress. There is no way the covers were changed before we got there. Disappointing, because we loved the condo otherwise. Beach

Property is good, the rental agency makes this one difficult. You have to pick up and drop off keys in the heavily congested gulf shores. This is an inconvenience espically if you want to arrive earlier in day and grab lunch or visit someone in orange beach as you have to drive 45 min round trip to get keys. - (Jun 2020 - VRBO)

Very comfortable getaway

Love the location, view, roominess, light and airy decor against the wall of windows overlooking the beach. However, this was the first beach rental that we have encountered absolutely no beach towels. We even discussed packing some, but decided that we've never needed them. Also, we often see the requirement to start the dishwasher before leaving, but this rental requires all dishes to be washed and put away by the guests before checkout. Consequently, we encountered so many visibly dirty dishes and utensil that we decided we need to wash everything before using it. Some dishes weren't even rinsed, but were put away as if clean. All appliances worked. The furniture was very comfortable, with the exception of a very firm bed. If you can bring a mattress topper, it will go a long ways. The entire unit was very well maintained and updated, with the exception of a front door that was in desperate need of a coat of paint. We bought a couple of boogie boards and left them there for future guests (you're welcome). Honestly, despite the few minor complaints, we loved our time here. Spring Break 2019

We stayed at the Phoenix VII in #503. The place was as pictured and very clean. The bed linens and coverings were like new. The furnishings were warm and inviting. The location offered amazing views of the beach, the sunrise, and the sunset. A super noisy ceiling fan in the master bedroom and the heated pool, which actually turned out to be a heated room with cold pool water, are the only reasons this review only receivies 4 stars. - (Apr 2019 - VRBO)

Great view with the best den for the family to be together all in the same place.

The family all agreed what a nice family condo to spend time together. It was the only condo I could find that there was no couch bed or bunk beds for eight people and have a great view and be right on the beach. We didn't cook there but I was glad to see a KeurigCoffee Maker. What I liked best was all eight of us could be in the den or on the balcony together at one time and enjoy each others company. We would go back again for sure. Living in Fairhope, Alabama, and being close to Orange Beach, its the best location. Absolutely perfect!

We were here for a three generation vacation. This condo was perfect. It was clean and cozy, yet spacious enough for everyone to stretch out. We ate in almost everyday. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for eight people. The property itself is lovely and situated right on the beach. The view is amazing! We had a very nice condo, very clean, very roomy and comfortable. It was a wonderful vacation!!

We were in Phoenix V11. It is close to many stores, restaurants and shopping. We had a beautiful view of the beach and a really nice view of the town from the backside. Great location

3/2 condo on 5th floor was clean and accommodated our group very well. Only problem was the fridge didn't work, so all our refrigerated food spoiled. A new fridge was brought in on 3rd day, but we didn't shop again, just ate out. Otherwise, we had a great time and would come again.

Phoenix IIV condo

This condo is located on the beach with a wonderful view of the water. We were able to watch sunrise and sunset from the patio. It is very nicely decorated and comfortable. Would highly recommended. - (Jan 2017 - Flipkey)

Beautiful view

Vacation
