Location couldn't be better. Easy walk to beach. Elevators, carts and parking were great. The condo itself was nice, but was missing some basic kitchen items. Always bring everything you need and dont expect things like toilet paper, garbage bags, kitchen scissors, etc. Condo was nice enough, and no complaints. Just missing a little extra..

Clean, but Super Old and Dated

Just left this condo. Stay was ok considering we went during busy season, and we are thankful to be able to go to the beach! Pros: Mostly clean; convenient to stores; right on the beach; 3rd (4th story) floor condo; low density; easy to get to; kids loved the pool. Cons: Very old and worn; mattresses are HORRIBLE!!!! We can barely bend down or turn our heads because our backs and necks are so sore. Every night was restless and uncomfortable. Really groggy and sore the next day, so always dragging down to beach. We could feel every spring and mattress crunched every move we made. Pub table was useless because all stools were broken and in disrepair. Kitchen had bare-bones supplies. Counter peeling. Bathroom wallpaper peeling and hanging off. Shower head is just a pipe coming out of wall. Both tub drains broken. 1 towel provided per person. Many notices all over condo making renter aware of fines and penalties and rules in place if renter broke rules. Very obnoxious. Everything was pretty dated and very cheap. We have 2 children and found that the condo was not conducive to them. Again, grateful we were able to go to the beach for vacation, but will definitely NOT stay in unit 303 again, and probably not southern sands because this was our second try, but we were again disappointed.

Please let us know of any items encountered during your stay so that we may address. 303 has many upgrades throughout but we always appreciate the feedback. An unauthorized late check-out was billed to this guest as she departed 2 HOURS past the agreed to time in her signed Rental Agreement. We understand things can happen but she did not contact us at any point to arrange or ask if a later check-out would be possible. The door code ended at 10AM and the only way to operate and access the unit is if someone is inside the condo. We were only contacted when she saw the charge and notified us she would be leaving this review. She never contacted us during her stay to report any items but we would have addressed any concerns. We strive to provide the best vacation rentals, in prime locations, at fair prices, and we regret that this review was left after the guest broke policy." - (Jul 2017 - Flipkey)
