This is our 3rd or 4th stay at this property. Balcony is priceless. The views are breathtaking. Coffee every morning, dinner many nights. We love the short walk to the water. We love the entire complex is small and your car is directly below your condo. We love you can walk across the street to a store, restaurant, seafood market and ice cream! What more do you need? If you do need more you are not far at all to many restaurants and shops but we like this side is not quite as busy as the Orange Beach side. Thank you! We will be back! - (May 2024 - VRBO)

Excellent location!

2020 Covid-19 Heaven

This property was wonderful. We used the balcony EVERY DAY! Close to the beach, a small property so you felt social distancing was easy. The fish market across the street cooks your meal and we walked across the street, picked it up and ate on our balcony every night. The kitchen table and chairs were really kind of cheapy and wobbling and we were glad we did not have children climbing on them, I do not think they would have held. We wished there were another chair or 2 on the balcony but other than that we loved it! - (Jul 2020 - VRBO)

Nice place to stay

Cozy condo right on the beach. Loved sitting on balcony and drinking coffee in the morning and listening to the ocean. Within 25 minutes of anything you would want to do. The bathroom is extremely small, just big enough for one person. There's not enough comfortable seating in the living room for 6 people. But overall a good place to stay. - (Oct 2019 - VRBO)

Beach/ocean front yard.

Perfect stay for 3. Just the right size and right on the beach. I was a little worried when we first pulled up. The outside isn't that fancy but that doesn't bother me. The inside was perfect & very clean. Had the appropriate amount of bath towels, dishes, cookware, and appliances worked perfect. Ice maker worked well, stove, microwave, dish washer & Washer & dryer were great. Both Beds slept good. The mattress with the fold out couch wasn't the best but after doubling up the 2 extra comforters in the closet and using It on the mattress, it made it sleepable. Standing on the front porch you are directly on the beach 30 second walk to the ocean. You also have full view of the beach/ocean from your porch which is a big plus when taking kids. Sacrificing room size, etc.. to have this convenient location was well worth it. I will never rent a condo across the street again no matter how luxurious. If you're on the beach and left something in the room, had to use the bathroom, wanted to grab a snack, a drink, an extra towel, or anything, you didn't have to walk across the street, wait for an elevator and stop at every other floor till you get to get to your room. Also, Directly across the street (maybe a 2 min walk) you have a little convenient store and a restaurant. You are close to the souvenir shops & restaurants. You are only allowed 1 parking spot. It's big enough to fit (bumper to bumper) 2 cars. We drove a dodge caravan and it was a snug parking space. I could have pulled all the way up and would have enough room to park another car behind it, but again it's snug. I still had no complaints because your parking spot is directly below your room and you're not out searching for a spot in a parking garage. Will reserve again. Thank you - (Oct 2019 - VRBO)

Perfect weekend getaway

Great value for the money. Sunrise Village Unit #104 decorated cute and unit is clean. The beach is nice and the store across the street is wonderful...store with groceries, beach supplies, toys, etc. and a restaurant, bar, and ice cream shop. It is a cozy space and worked out just fine for our weekend girls trip with 2 moms and 3 kids. Kids loved the bunk beds so much that Santa may be bringing that to our house in December. I drive a Ford Explorer and it is possible to park in the parking space under the condos, but it is tight. With kids, I just let them out before I parked. - (Sep 2016)

Stay at Sunrise Village..

The room was nice,but need some more pots and pans to cook with. The siding door was hard to open. Some tv channels were not on the tv in the in bedroom. Internet could be a little faster. Other than that we had a good time. We have been going to sunrise village for two years. - (Aug 2016)

Great place for the money

We stayed for a short 4 day weekend get away. It was very clean and efficient. It had everything we needed. This was our first time to stay. I have stayed in more expense luxury condo's but this was perfect for the price and very clean! It was right on the beach and very quiet. Would love to stay again - (Apr 2015)

Sunrise Village

I have stayed at Sunrise Village 2 times this past year. Once in 214 and one in 110. I really love this facility overall. It's close to the beach, the condo's have just about everything you need, it's clean and overall quite. I will stay there again and recommend it to all my friends. Now, it's not a 5* resort, but it's about the beach, the view, the easy access the beach, and feeling at home in the condo! - (Jan 2015)

Sunrise Village 110

We stayed at unit 110 in May of 2009. This was the perfect getaway for our group of five. The other guests were so friendly you would they were your neighbors from home. The condo itself was immaculate. It was on the small side which was fine; it did the job we were looking for. Our biggest complaint was the air conditioner went out twice. They were quick to get there and fix it the first time but it never was fixed the second time. There were several stores in walking distance so you didn't have to jump in your car every time you needed something. Overall we believe it was a great catch for the price and we plan to stay again! - (Apr 2010 - VRBO)
