We started Gulfsands 22 years ago because we were dissatisfied with the rental company we used here in Gulf Shores, looking to offer an alternative to property owners, utilizing true relationship management. At Gulfsands, we believe we have a deeper understanding of how condo associations work. We understand as direct condo owners (like you), as rental managers of many properties, and direct association management experience too.
Our maintenance staff performs most repairs in-house (other than HVAC items), working to keep your cost down. Many other ‘discount’ agents use 3rd party vendors and handymen for work, and pass thru the bill to you. They may not mark them up, but these costs will be high because they have no control of the cost. Our costs are low, as we don’t use maintenance as a profit center…we do it the old fashioned way. We treat owners how we’d want to be treated ourselves.
