New fitness area located next to indoor pool! Accessible with pool pass. Sassy Bass restaurant located on-site and closeby is Kiva Dunes Grill.
Gulf Shores Plantation 2222 is located in Building 2 which is located by the largest pool with the heated pool located adjacent to that during the winter. This 2 bedroom/2 bath, 2nd floor unit sleeps 6. The well-equipped BRAND NEW kitchen includes quality appliances, ice maker, D/W, and 12-cup coffee machine. 2 Flatscreen TVs, DVD, and private balcony with a view of the emerald gulf water. This vacation rental is fully tiled.
Both bathrooms have been renovated.
Tacky Jacks and other restaurants located nearby in Fort Morgan as well as a restaurant in Kiva Dunes building (Kiva Dunes Grill). Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge is minutes from Plantation.

Pre retirement at the beach

Great Little Condo!

Love this location
This area is perfect for us: away from the "touristy" spots but right on the gulf, quiet, hiking nearby, indoor pool in the winter. The condo had plenty of room for the two of us plus an extra bedroom for a guest who joined us for a few days, 2 baths, and a well-equipped kitchen that let us prepare our own meals according to our dietary needs. We combined our grocery runs with hikes at the state park, and there's a Dollar General just a couple miles down the road if you need a couple of basics. A Terro bait took care of the tiny ants in the kitchen in a day or two. One drawback was the bath fan didn't work in the master bath, and neither bath nor stove fans exhaust outside--they just "filter" the air a bit. We used the small fan from the 2nd bedroom after a shower to clear out the vapor. - (Feb 2023 - VRBO)

Great little getaway

Would not rent again
Silverware had old dried food on just about every piece, sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable- had to put mattress on the floor to sleep with any comfort, coffee pot was gross. Will not stay here again. It was a good location and close to the beach. - (Jul 2020 - VRBO)

We love the gulf shores, the plantation was great, the only complaint could be the hoa decided to upgrade the dome building which has the indoor heated pool, gym, sauna, etc, it would of been nice to use that pool during the day since the beach and outdoor pool water was cold.
