Family Beach Fun

The condo was a great place for our family to stay to enjoy the beach with the grandkids and for the guys ( 3 generations of) to catch some Gulf fish on the beach in the early morning hours. Very convenient to the beach and so nice to have the washer/dryer and dishwasher to keep everything neat and clean. Very handy to have the store right across the street within walking distance for the quick items you might need. - (Aug 2020 - VRBO)

Room was very clean had things we needed for our stay

Beach stay

Cute place good price

We stayed here for hangout fest and while it was a decent location, the bathroom was the only downfall. Very small and hard to even move around. Other than that I would stay again. peaceful get away

Owner and rental manager need to add finishing touches such as putting chains on ceiling fans that can be reached without climbing on bar stools which is a safety issue. Also it would be nice to have mirrows in bedrooms. - (Oct 2019 - VRBO)

This was my family's first beach vacation. We couldn't get in the water the first couple of day but we enjoyed the beach. Everything was great with the condo Sunrise Village. It was very clean and had everything we needed. I hope to be able to stay there again. - (Jul 2019 - VRBO)

Could be better

Went for a quick weekend trip. Condo was in a great location, right on the beach and close to everything. The furniture was very dated, the couch and chair are wore out and old. The beds as well are wore out and not comfortable. For the price I wasn't expecting a Waldorf, but could have gotten more for the money elsewhere. Had to sweep the floor upon checkin due to sand being all over the place, even checked in late. So wasn't like the cleaning crew was rushed. 2 towels were dirty and one was stained. Overall the trip was a good getaway but will stay elsewhere when we come back to the beach, unless In the meantime this particular unit is updated. Also note other units at this condo may be more upgraded or nicer and if so, well worth staying, being able to walk out the door down the steps and hit the sand is so nice. - (Jun 2019 - VRBO)

Wonderful!

My three children and I stayed here for 5 days during spring break. The condo is extremely clean and adorably decorated. Both beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is equipped with all you need. The location is perfect if you like to be close to attractions, but still enjoy a quiet area. Also, the beach really is just steps away, not the long walk that most condos have. Love the Beach

We stayed for a week with our family. The fact that the property is on the beach is amazing. So beautiful. As for the bed - I felt like I had to hold on all night so as not to fall off of the bed because it was so uncomfortable/lumpy. The "headboard" was a dressing screen that had been screwed to the wall at one time, but had come loose from the wall, so it banged loudly against the wall every time one of us turned over in bed. There were only 3 spoons, but going to Walmart to buy a box of plastic spoons fixed that. I figure that someone let their kids dig in the sand with the spoons or something. We try to keep the condos we stay in nice and tidy during our visit, but there was no broom or dust pan to sweep up the sand. We did our best to keep it clean with what we had on hand. The units on this side of the complex don't have a view out of the water from the windows, rather they have a view of the building next door. No big deal since all you do is to step out the front door to see beauty, but this may be important to some. The pool is tiny, but our children enjoyed it. We always meet friendly people when we stay at Sunrise Village. The complex is quiet and family-friendly. The location is wonderful. Just steps from the beach, no streets to cross. Condo Review

Stayed at Sunrise Village 212 and couldn't have been more pleased with the condo. Everything was absolutely perfect! This condo doesn't have a balcony but I could sit by the door and view the ocean which was breathtaking. The condo was cozy with beachy decor. You could walk across the street to a local market and restaurant. Will definitely stay again soon!!! - (Jun 2016)

great views of beach

I loved the awesome views of the beach. I was there during tropical storm Lee didnt get to have fun that much on the beach but I loved the fact that I could stand on the walkways and see the beach. It was a nice room for the price and the rental staff were really nice. I didnt like the stairs they were really slippery when wet so if you have trouble with stairs you might wanna stay on the bottom level that only has a few to climb. There is a great store right across the street also a seafood place and a restaurant and icecream place so really you dont have to go far to get a snack or a meal. I had fun other than being stuck in the room much of the time cause of the rain... Thanks gulf rentals for being so nice.... - (Sep 2011 - VRBO)
