We advertise primarily on the Internet, with our focus on meeting the expectations of our vacationing guests. We want you to have an enjoyable vacation and to return each season to the white sand beaches of Gulf Shores, Alabama. GulfSands Rentals, LLC is pleased to provide you with the following vacation and rental policy information. We hope that we can provide the information you need for planning your vacation, but if you ever have any questions, please call or email and we will get back as quickly as we can. Please review the properties on our website and find the property that suits your needs the best. Give us a call on our toll free reservations line at 1-888-692-5915, or email us at Gulfsands@aol.com. Please remember to try to have several possible vacation dates, as properties fill quickly. If we are unavailable on the reservation line, please leave us a message and we will promptly return your call.
To make reservations, we will need some general information including your name, address, home and work telephone numbers, selection of unit, dates, number of people in party, and whether you plan to pay with check, money order or credit card.
A deposit will be required to confirm you reservation. It must be received within 7 working days of making your reservation. Otherwise, we will automatically cancel the reservation.
A deposit amount of $150 to $500 will be required. Mail all deposits to:

Once we receive your deposit, a confirmation will be mailed to you along with a letter of information and rental agreement. Please read. If you have any questions, please call 888-692-5915. If we do not hear from you, this is your acceptance of the confirmed reservation. A signed copy of the rental agreement must be submitted with your rental payment to process your rental. Full rental payment is due 30 days prior to check in.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
In season, all Houses/Duplexes are rented by the week only, Saturday-to-Saturday, 4-night minimum in off season. Condos carry a 3-night minimum all year long, except 2-night in Winter.
